Late Payment Procedure
 The
Authority will notify you with a reminder notice and then a shut off
notice after your initial bill becomes delinquent. Your
water service will be shut off if payment is not made.
A $25 service fee will be charged to your account to have your water
service turned on again. The MUA does not want to shut off your
service, so please pay your bill in a timely manner.
Paying Your Bill
Water &
sewer bills are due and payable upon presentation.

Beginning
February 1, 2010 the new billing office hours are Monday-Thursday
8am-5pm.
Payment
should be in the MUA office by the last working day of the month.
Interest at
1-1/2% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance as of the first
of the following month.
